no brokeN records?

Nice to meet you! My name is Chris Maddocks (he/him). I am an agency executive specializing in strategy for purpose-driven brands. In both an agency and executive capacity, I have lead organizations through brand transformation, entered new markets, launched innovative products, and driven revenue growth. In my personal life, I run marathons and a small business dealing rare vinyl records. Across all these, I’ve found that success isn’t a lightning in a bottle breakthrough or record setting campaign - it is a discipline.
