Oversee global brand, growth, and communications for a social enterprise operating in 5 countries, In partnership with the Board and CEO, I designed and executed on strategies to grow revenue and brand awareness. During my tenure, I grew revenue by 59% in three years to scale expansion of clinical programs while managing high-value relationships including Pfizer Foundation, Wyss Charitable Endowment, Takeda Pharmaceuticals, CRI Foundation, Schooner Foundation, Open Society Foundations, and FedEx.
In Sierra Leone, I lead strategic planning for a $100 Million public-private partnership to strengthen midwifery care in partnership with the Office of the Vice President. Secured seed funding from a Swiss Foundation, Wagner Foundation, Pfizer, and Bank of America.

Served as executive sponsor for a national strategic accounts task force composed of regional offices, program leadership, and corporate development teams in order to accelerate private sector support from key corporate partners capable of $5 million+ contributions including Amazon, RB, Publix, Proctor & Gamble, PayPal, and Macy’s.

October 2014 - July 2016
Within the Marketing and Communications division, I managed three departments (web platforms, advertising, and digital communications) charged with growing reach and revenue (directly responsible for $40 million annually), as well as launching new ventures within the US market. Oversaw the design and build-out of an analytics and insights department to accelerate use of data in fundraising programs leading to 23% revenue growth in less than two years, exceeding peer benchmarks by over 18 points. Served as subject matter expert on a global UNICEF task force to design emergency fundraising toolkits for offices around the world. Traveled to country offices as thought leader to disseminate tools and recommendations amongst Country Directors, Operations teams, and fundraising leaders.
